Parents discover Repère when everything is being decided: residence, calendar, organisation. Some have no counsel yet. The partners offer puts the lawyers of your firm in front of them, at the moment of that search.
It is independent of the professional account: reading the file of a client remains free, on their invitation, and does not depend on any subscription — see the Lawyers and mediators page.
Online booking
A parent who has just found your listing rarely calls: they put it off, and by tomorrow they have found someone else. A partner firm publishes its first-appointment slots; the parent takes one straight from the listing, with no call and no exchange of messages.
First-appointment windows, on the days and at the times the firm decides, at the office, by phone or by video. The rest of the calendar is never visible.
They see the slots that are genuinely free, pick one and leave a one-line reason. They get their confirmation, the firm gets its own, and a reminder goes out the day before.
The appointment is written into Google Calendar, Outlook or any iCal calendar, and a slot taken elsewhere disappears from here. Nothing new to check every morning.
Booking is included in the flat fee, whatever the number of appointments taken. No commission and no price per appointment: that would be payment for the introduction of a client, which article 11.3 of the French RIN bars.
