The question comes up before creating an account, so the answer comes before the form.
You're the other parent
Joining a case is free: signing up and the calendar require no subscription. Each parent can then subscribe if they wish — €9.90 a month — and neither can cut off the other's access.
FreeYou're a lawyer, mediator or social worker
Your account is free, with no limit on cases. You get read access to what a parent opens to you, for as long as they decide. The other parent is informed of your arrival: nobody enters a case unbeknownst to anyone.

The iOS and Android apps give access to the same case as the web: same rights, same data, same history. A notification tells you about a swap proposal or an urgent alert — never about whether the other parent is online.
